During this tasting, you will enjoy three small dishes, followed by a main course, and finished with a refined dessert, all inspired by our seasonal Ă -la-carte menu.
The dishes are perfectly paired with eight carefully selected wines from Lidy’s collection, plus a celebratory sparkling wine upon arrival.

Wild Kitchen with Marjanna
On Sunday, May 24, 2026, you are warmly invited to the restaurant of Paal 8 Hotel aan Zee. On this evening, island guest chef Marjanna van der Meulen (De Wilde Keuken van Marjanna) will take over the kitchen.
Together with the chefs of Paal 8 Hotel aan Zee, she will prepare a unique and flavorful 4-course “wild” dinner, inspired by the nature of the island.
June

On November 28, Paal 8 Hotel aan Zee on Terschelling will host an exclusive dinner concert with singer DC Ray. During your dinner, relax and enjoy beautiful ballads and swing inspired by Nat King Cole. Listen to classics such as "Straighten Up and Fly Right" (Cole’s first major hit), "L.O.V.E.", "Let There Be Love", "I’m Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter", and other songs from the legendary American baritone.
