How long are my points valid?

Your points are valid for 3 years from the date they are awarded. Six months before your points expire, you will automatically receive a reminder email.
When are points awarded?

Points are added after your stay, following check-out. This happens no later than 3:00 PM on the day of departure.
How can I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time via My Account. Please note: If you unsubscribe, your participation ends and all accumulated points will immediately expire.
How do I know if I’m a member and what level I have?

In My Account you can see whether you are a member of Paal 8 Exclusive and which level (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) you have reached.
