Frequently Asked Questions

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your room is available from 3:00 PM. Arriving at the hotel earlier? No problem. You can leave your luggage with us and enjoy the island. If your room is ready earlier, you can of course already use it.

You can check out until 10:30 AM. Upon request and subject to availability, a late check-out is possible at a cost of €40 per Room or Suite.
Is there a possibility for Room Service?

It is also possible to order room service to your room. The cost for this is €8.50. For lunch and dinner, you can choose from the restaurant menu. For room service breakfast, you can fill out a form at the reception.
Can I communicate my allergies for dinner?

If you have specific dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, diabetes, etc.), we would like to hear about this before arrival via receptie@hotelpaal8.nl, and we will take this into account.
Is there a possibility for bicycle rental?

Enjoy cycling around the island on bicycles from bike rental company Tijs Knop; this is the best way to explore the island. We have men's and women's bicycles ready for you at the hotel.

Electric bicycles, tandems, dog carts, and child seats must be reserved in advance, and we will arrange for these to be ready for you at the hotel.
