New Head Chef!
On March 21 we are excited to introduce our new head chef, Tom Siekman. Tom has gained many years of experience on the Dutch islands, from Vlieland to the Netherlands Antilles and later Terschelling.
On this evening he will prepare a 4-course menu featuring specialties from Terschelling. The price for the 4-course menu, including an amuse-bouche, is €69.50.
