New Head Chef!
On March 21, we are delighted to introduce our new head chef, Tom Siekman. Tom has gained extensive experience on the Dutch islands, from Vlieland to the Netherlands Antilles, and later on Terschelling.
On this evening, he will prepare a 4-course menu highlighting products from Terschelling. The price for the 4-course menu, including an amuse-bouche, is €69.50.
