On Saturday, October 25th, Paal 8 Hotel aan Zee welcomes none other than Jacob Jan Boerma, former three-Michelin-star chef of restaurant De Leest. For one evening, he brings his refined signature to the dunes of Terschelling, where together with the kitchen team of Paal 8, he will prepare an exclusive five-course dinner.
The evening begins with a festive welcome drink and a flavorful amuse-bouche, followed by a culinary adventure full of pure flavors, seasonal ingredients and surprising combinations.
The wines? They're in the trusted hands of sommelier Margot Los, who compiles a matching wine pairing for those who want to complete the experience.
